See, spin-the-bottle actually gave me more hope because in the spoiler pic, Deniz is so clearly smiling a little smile of gay lust at getting a free kiss with Roman that he doesn't have to angst over.

Sadly, I don't watch soaps except I think Ii got involved in one awhile ago, and I just remember that they had one couple who was clearly suppose to be all OTP but the guy's pregnant ex kept going "OMG HE'S MINE BITCH". So now I'm always afraid that Roman is suppose to be some kind of villain character even though I really have no idea how soap opera dynamics actually work. :(
