I've got a friend coming into town tonight, a VIP from UNIT. She's gonna be working with us on this spate of toxic shock deaths. Could you book a hotel for her please? Someplace nice, with round-the-clock room service, close to the Hub. Dunno how many nights for. Make it two. Ideally I'd like to take her for a meal, but you just know something will come up and there won't be time. Book something anyway though, tomorrow night.

This is the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life. Except for all the things they've done before that were super, super cute. One day, we will have to arrange a list in order, from SO CUTE I DIED to STILL THE CUTEST. Off the top of my head, I think the list goes:
1. I found your diary-exchange.
2. Do I show off?-exchange
3. DON'T GET JEALOUS.
etc.
Must think about this some more.
Also, hahahahahahahaha. Whoever(s) does up all these emails and IM chat logs and Captain's Blogs for BBC (America) is the biggest Jack/Ianto shipper EVER. In other words, I suspect it's Chibnall. Ha!

It is ultra ultra cute! It is so cute that now I totally see the pink fluffy hearts that flutter around Jack whenever Ianto walks in the room!
To your list, I would add:

OMG WORD. Seriously, almost ever entry at the Captain's blog has something about Ianto even if it's like "Oh he got mad at me about making the SUV sticky but then I soaped him up!" (Also, mmm, FOUR HOURS, innovative indeed!) Thank you BBC for giving us essentially canon fanfiction!

Hehe, I just love the Jack would suggest that Ianto would be jealous of Martha. I totally want to see Ianto jealous sometime and Jack making up for it
