So last week I got a new haircut that puts my hair at basically shoulder length even though after the last time I went shoulder length, I swore that I wouldn't go above boob level ever again. I lied. And literally while I was watching my hairguy remove inches (inches!), I had a very not-mini panic attack and thinking "bad idea, Chel, bad idea".

But now I kind of dig it for some reason. It's fun to shake around. Even though I have official bangs (a fringe, whatever) for the first time since possibly grade school, and no matter how much you tell me it's back, I totally still say it went out with the early nineties. (I disguise this with my still very cool side part.)

So: shorter summer hair cut: the cool sexy funky way to go or guys don't make passes at girls who wear glasses and who can't snottily toss their hair over their shoulders?

Also: change your haircut =/= change your life no matter what television tells us or when I dramatically pause in front of the mirror and then take a pair of scissors/a knife to my long flowing locks, I am a new person?

In other tv crush news: Christian's hand's heterosexual freakout of OMG MAN PENIS 12 O'CLOCK and skipping to Oliver's shirt two episodes back was really cute, but that could be because I draw pink hearts around Thore Schoelermann's dimples. Also, Jonas 'that Robin Hood dude' (don't know his real name) has a really pretty stubble. Um, and finally, dear AWZ, please please please stop making Roman a creepy villain guy just because Deniz is apparently straight now NO REALLY NO I SWEAR. Like seriously spoilers, WTF? I can't believe I'm saying this but *ahem* Igor is not that pretty. Roman, you have a medal: go flash it at someone shiny!
